Bainbridge International Ltd, a global manufacturer and distributor of sailcloth, marine hardware and equipment, is delighted to announce its ‘Technical Partner’ status with Alex Thomson Racing. The agreement between the two organisations runs through to the end of the Vendée Globe in 2017.
The partnership brings together the dynamic innovation and drive of Alex Thomson’s HUGO BOSS campaign and Bainbridge’s market leading portfolio of products from within its UK based Sail&Cover and Marine divisions.

The Vendee Globe is a racing platform held in the most extreme conditions known to man. Alex will be faced with conditions that would test any person to their physical and mental limit. The yacht ‘HUGO BOSS’ is designed to travel at a top speed of 30 knots, fighting to secure an overall victory in the next edition of the Vendée Globe, the pinnacle race in the Ocean Masters Championships.
