Started sailing: Started sailing at the age of 10 on 420’s and has not stopped!
Experience: Worked on classics on the med and extreme 40s boat building class 40s, did the long pacific crossing with HUGO BOSS II last year.
Looking forward to: Eventually going down wind! Monaco Grand prix, Cannes Film Festival, and Cowes week.
His Job: Puts boat back together when it leaks or Will breaks it!

Started sailing: Started sailing in Optimist Dinghy’s on holiday when he was 10.
Experience: Lots of team racing for Glasgow uni (too much!). After uni he passed his Yacht Master did a few deliveries around UK, Bilbao, Skagen then became nipper on Sir Robin Knox-Johnston’s Velux 5 Oceans campaign, went to Spain, Australia and USA on the Saga Open 60.
Looking forward to: A dry bunk, visiting Copenhagen and his first trip to Germany!

Started sailing: When Polly was 13, her first ever day sailing was on a Maxi in the Humber with my father.
Experience: Polly has completed 3 Trans-Atlantics and numerous miles around the Med and Caribbean, before becoming Operations Manager for the Swan 56 Noonmark VI – involving 2 Swan World Cups, 2 Antigua Race Weeks and Les Voiles de Saint Tropez among others.
Looking forward to: Everything! Seeing the guys off on the Sydney-Hobart Race and hopefully watching the Monaco Grand Prix!
Her Job: Polly's job is to look after the crew and ensure all the shore side operations run smoothly – including transporting the yacht around the world!

Started sailing: Started sailing on Pagham Lagoon near Bognor Regis on Optimists and at age 12 came 4th in the Nationals!
Experience: Trained as a marine engineer, ran and maintained a fleet of 70 racing charter yachts in the Solent, loads of deliveries throughout Europe and a Trans Atlantic crossing (with breakages...and repairs). He has done "allsorts" of racing at home.
Looking forward to: Being the best fighter pilot in the navy, sir! The mile building experience, relishes the opportunity to serve Alex Thomson Racing to the best of his abilities without falter!
His Job: Ensuring the mast and all rigging stays in one piece!

Lives: Gosport
Started sailing: Dinghies from an early age and first went to sea at 16. After a gap year he went into yachting full time.
Experience: Over the past few years, Will has racked up over 80,000NM having sailed to the Falklands, Tahiti and his favourite place, Norway! Before joining HUGO BOSS II he was the bosun on Mariquita. Will loves his winter sports as well as water sports and is often spotted going off for a bike ride on tour!
Looking forward to: Doing the Transpac and visiting his grandfather’s memorial in Pearl harbour. One day, Will wants to achieve World Peace, and is sure this will be possible when he becomes Miss World!
His Job: His key role on board, as well as standing in for Andy, is to make sure everything works as it should - from the generator to the water ballast and the instruments.
