SHIPPING:

- All of our items are shipped via Royal Mail.
- Please allow up to 7 working days before contacing us if an item has not been received.

- Shipping costs are as follows:

If your order is under £100 then the shipping charge is fixed at £5 per delivery address.
If your order is over £100 then shipping to the Uk is free!
If an item is marked as free delivery, this will apply to UK residents only.

International Shipping (Outside the UK)

- Please choose from the options in the drop down menu when reviewing your order. Incorrect choices will result in a member of the team contacting you to ammend the error.

RETURNS:

- Our 14-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your item, you can return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days of the date you received the item (any labels must remain attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
- Please contact us using the details below if you wish to return an item.

INCORRECT ITEMS:

- If for any reason, you have received the wrong item, please contact us using the details below and we will make it our priority to fix the error.
