Clifford joined the team in 2007. He is responsible for composites work, refit planning, and consulting with the boat’s designers to ensure the boat is in top condition.
Clifford is a boat builder turned project manager; he has 12 years experience with composites and spent all of his teenage years building and fixing wooden dinghies. He has been sailing since he was knee high to a grasshopper and raced his self-built dinghies as a youngster. He has been part of keelboat teams competing at world level.
Clifford loves designing and making things in his workshop, doing house renovations and spending time with his wife and kids.
